How do I know the game is fair?
All estimates are locked in 30 minutes before the auction begins. Once joined, players have a record of all final bid amounts, which cannot be changed. The auction results are final per the game’s T&Cs, and a clear winner or tie is determined at the conclusion. The rules also exclude anyone who could influence the result, such as the auctioneer, sellers, or buyers.
What if the auction is cancelled or passed in?
If an auction is cancelled or passed in, the process will be clearly outlined to players. This typically involves returning free issue sweep coins (sweep coins) to players' wallets.
How old do I have to be to play?
Participants must be at least 18 years old to play.
What happens if there’s a tie?
If two players are equally close to the auction result, the jackpot will be shared equally. No two players can enter the same value, ensuring fair gameplay.
What if the auction doesn’t meet the reserve price?
If the auction is held over for negotiation after the auction concludes, the last price announced by the auctioneer before negotiations will be the price used to determine the winner.
Can I change my estimate?
Players can adjust their estimate once before the pool closes, provided it's done within the time limit and meets game rules.
What are sweep coins, and how do I get them?
Sweep coins are free-issue tokens provided with subscription packages or through promotions. They cannot be purchased separately or exchanged for cash.
Are there auctions I can play for free?
Yes, some auctions don’t require sweep coins or purchases to enter. These allow players to experience the game and may offer prizes upon registration.
How do I claim a cash prize?
Participants must complete a withdrawal form on the platform to confirm their bank account details. Payments will be made within 48 hours of confirmation.
What are ‘Auction Rounds’?
Each auction may have multiple instances known as ‘Auction Rounds.’ Players can enter as many rounds as they like, placing multiple estimates in each instance.
Can two players submit the same value?
No, no two players can enter the same value/estimate that has already been submitted and accepted.
What happens if I win?
Winners are notified, and their prize (cash or other) is processed within the specified timeframe. Cash winners will receive their payout upon completing the required withdrawal steps.

All prizes are in AUD unless otherwise specified.
What happens to sweep coins after the auction?
Sweep coins not used for an auction remain in the player's wallet for future use. However, unused coins may expire after a set period based on the terms.

Yes, you can purchase multiple packages at once. Each package adds sweep coins to your wallet, allowing you to enter more auction rounds or tiers.
What happens if I want to go up or down a tier package?
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription package at any time. If you upgrade, the difference will be adjusted and additional sweep coins credited. If you downgrade, your existing coins remain in your wallet, but future packages will reflect the lower tier.
What if I don’t want to buy a package?
Players can purchase once-off Market Insights specific to the property being auctioned. These insights also include sweep coins to participate. Insights provide valuable data such as suburb demographics, property comparison sales, pest inspection reports, and much more.
